Launch / Founding Vendor

Approved working launch pricing for qualifying March 6 vendors. This event fee is separate from the optional $99 annual Radiant District membership.

A Featured / Premium Vendor option may be offered at $45 only when Radiant District confirms additional value such as enhanced placement or promotion. It is not currently advertised as an available option.
Vendor booth pricing does not include March 6 attendee admission or the separate $99 annual Radiant District membership. Application, approval, agreement, payment, compliance, and final confirmation are still required.

Be Part of the Experience
The Community Vendor Village is designed to bring local businesses, families, neighbors, and experiences together. Vendor setup begins around 4:30 PM, and Vendor Village is planned for approximately 5:00 PM–6:30 PM.

The Windsor Heights Community Event Center is the current requested venue, but final approval and payment are pending. Participation remains subject to final venue approval, capacity, permits, event requirements, and individual vendor approval.
Application process
A Clear, Professional Review Process
Submit Your Application
Provide your business information, products or services, contact information, and event interest. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Radiant District Reviews Your Business
Applications are reviewed for business legitimacy, event fit, all-ages suitability, category balance, and available space. Applicants may be waitlisted if a category is full.
Receive Conditional Approval and Agreement
Qualified vendors receive conditional approval, their Vendor Participation Agreement, applicable fee information, and preliminary compliance requirements. Conditional approval alone does not guarantee a final booth assignment.
Complete Payment, Compliance, and Confirmation
After the agreement is completed, Radiant District sends the official invoice or approved checkout link. Required compliance documentation is then completed before final vendor confirmation and booth assignment.
Never Pay Before You Are Approved.
Radiant District will not require vendors to send event fees to an individual's personal payment account or an unverified third party. Verify any payment request through radiantdistrict.com or an authorized Radiant District business channel.

Approved vendors are expected to communicate clearly, present their business professionally, follow event instructions, and complete only the requirements that apply to their participation.

Food Businesses
Food Vendor Interest
Radiant District is interested in hearing from food businesses, but March 6 food participation has not yet been formally opened. Final food participation depends on venue permissions, Iowa licensing requirements, fire and equipment rules, available space, and event approval.
