Sponsorship Tiers
Event sponsorship is an optional paid marketing opportunity. Sponsors receive defined promotional and event benefits in exchange for a financial investment. All sponsorship benefits are confirmed through a written agreement.
Benefits shown below describe planned sponsorship assets. Final benefits, placement, activation rights, exclusivity, and deliverables are confirmed only through a written Radiant District sponsorship agreement and remain subject to final event and venue requirements.

Sponsorship packages are based on defined event assets and agreed partnership benefits. Radiant District does not guarantee attendance, sales, leads, customer spending, impressions, revenue, or return on investment.

A Community Partner is not required to purchase a sponsorship.

In-Kind Partner
In-kind partners contribute approved goods or services — no cash payment is required.
For organizations providing approved goods or services that Radiant District actually needs, such as printing, equipment, professional services, event materials, promotional support, or other approved resources.
In-kind contributions are reviewed for event need and fit. Contributions are documented before any partnership is confirmed.

How It Works
A Professional Partnership Process
Submit an Inquiry
Tell Radiant District about your business or organization and the type of partnership you're interested in. No commitment is made at this stage.
Define the Package
Radiant District reviews fit, available assets, and space. Together, you identify an appropriate tier or custom structure and document all included benefits, activation rights, and deadlines.
Sign the Agreement
The sponsorship or partnership agreement is completed before any benefits are considered confirmed. No partnership is active without a written agreement.
Activate the Partnership
For sponsors: payment is made through an authorized Radiant District business channel. For in-kind partners: contribution value is documented. All partners then coordinate applicable materials and deliverables with Radiant District.
Sponsorship payment requests must originate from, or be independently verifiable through, radiantdistrict.com or an authorized Radiant District business channel. Radiant District does not require sponsors or partners to send event funds to an individual's personal payment account or unverified third party.
